Mebits is a small scale Organisation with 8 regular staff members established about three years ago. The Company is registered in Nigeria [Abuja] under Companies and Allied matters act of 1990 on the 24th of July, 2001 with Reg. Nr.: 421307. A limited liabilities company with Share Capital of N200,000:00 dividend into 200,000 Ordinary Shares of N1.00 each. The Company is a Private Company with the Liability of the members limited by Shares. The Management Core members are members of the board of Directors.

Networking - Internet and Web Technology - e-commerce - Software Development - Corporate and Personal Training - Database management.Consultancy Service to IT-Business Investors.
I decided to establish Mebits out of my passion for Nigeria and Information Technology in other to bridge the gap between Africa and the rest of the World in the Information Technology. The major idea behind Mebits is to give the basic education to the people[clients] that will help them to mold themselves into a more formidable Human resource. Africa seems to be traling behind in all facets of Information Technology in this phisical world that we live in, although, the continent has enough talents and brains to make itself surfficient. We read about highly intelligent Nigerians and other Africans in foreign countries performing technological wonders and still, the continents presents itself as an empty vast land with the best intelligently corrupt individuals like nowhere else on the Globe.
Our resolute at Mebits knows no boundry. With the youung talented Nigerians that are ready to work, we are determined to make Nigeria and Africa another important location in terms of Human resources and Technological Advancement.
Ever since its inception, the Company has made some remarkable progress in terms of its objectives and philosophy in the Information Technology. Our most notable ares of concentration is in the corporate and Personal Training. As at November 2002, the company had 30 Ordinary Diploma graduates in various courses ranging from Desktop Publishing to Oracle Certification.
Another area in which we have distinguished ourself is in the area of Internet and Web Technology. Through our European Office, in association with our Hosting partner 1&1 Internet AG [ An International Service provider with the most modern Infrastructure as at today. 1&1 is as a matter of fact, member of the United Internet Organisation] to provide qualitative, and highly professional site to customers at a very small cost with 100% efficiecy. see also our Catalog
Our Software and Database department is gradually picking up in momentum. We are presently concentrating on Human resources Software Application, Educational Software,Inventory and Time management Software. The Database dept. is presently focusing on Electronic Document management.We hope to expand this dept. to cater for Datawarehousing before the end the year. Works on expansion is currently underway.
